India Advantage
Why India-based supply matters for cosmetic brands.
CIPET is the Indian government's primary polymer and material testing authority. Mechanical test data from CIPET carries direct weight with domestic cosmetic brand procurement and QA teams.
Brands sourcing from within India avoid lead time, import duty, and logistics complexity. Evaluation, commercial supply, and dialogue all happen within the same timezone and regulatory environment.
India is the world's largest coconut producer. Coconut shell, a co-product of processing, is available at scale. Bamboo fiber is also cultivated here. The raw material chain starts within the country.
Agropak is founder-led. Payal Patel handles all brand inquiries directly. No reseller, no distributor layer. Commercial conversations start with the person who built the product.

Material Expressions
Three colourways. No dyes added.
The colour comes from the source material itself. Coconut shell gives deeper, darker tones. Bamboo fiber gives the warmer, sandier variants.
