Skincare packaging
made from the earth.
Agropak's 50ml bio-composite jar is built for beauty and personal care brands that need plastic-free packaging able to survive a fill line, hold a formulation, and carry a premium label. Not a concept. In production today.
The Jar
50ml. Three colourways, nine combinations. One bio-composite material.
The Agropak jar is a 50ml cosmetic jar made from coconut shell powder and bamboo fiber, compression molded into a rigid form with an inner cosmetic-grade barrier coating. It has a screw-thread lid, and outer dimensions that fit standard filling and labelling lines.
The material contains no petroleum plastic. Bio-based carbon content is 93%, independently verified by TÜV SÜD — not a supplier estimate. The jar has been compression-tested to 15,492 N at CIPET, Bengaluru.
Where It Works
Tested formulation categories.
Agropak has conducted internal compatibility testing across these skincare formulation categories. Compatibility status reflects internal study results. Independent certification is noted where applicable.
All categories — compatibility confirmed internally
If your formulation category is not listed here, email [email protected] with your formulation type before requesting a sample. We'll confirm compatibility upfront.
Material Expressions
Three colourways. Nine combinations. No dyes.
The colour comes from the source materials themselves. Jar and lid are interchangeable across all three colourways — giving brands nine distinct presentations from a single format. Natural variation between batches is within the range specified in the technical sheet.
Material Configurations
One Validated Architecture. Nine Material Combinations.
Every lid and body finish is built on the same validated packaging architecture, allowing brands to create distinctive aesthetics without changing the underlying packaging system.

From Brands Who Evaluated
Three brands. Three categories. One jar.
We were looking for packaging that reflects where our brand stands — at the intersection of modern science and Ayurveda. Agropak delivered exactly that. Our first 30 customers across 6 European countries hadn't seen anything like it.
As a biodesigner and researcher, I've seen a lot of greenwashing in sustainable packaging. Agropak's different — the material is genuinely innovative, utilizing agricultural byproducts like coconut shell to create a fully functional jar.
I've been searching for a plastic-free jar since 2019. I tried glass, but still had to compromise with a plastic lid. Agropak solved that completely — the jar works effectively with my formulations, and holds up well for the refillable model I've always preferred.
Independent Validation
Every number has a source document.
Bio-based content verified by TÜV SÜD. Compression and drop tests by CIPET. Neither is a claim. Both are available as lab reports.
