These terms apply to all visitors, regardless of whether they submit a form, request a sample, or download a document. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms in their current form. Agropak Private Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Website use

This website is operated for business-to-business purposes. It provides information about Agropak's bio-composite cosmetic packaging products, technical specifications, test data, and related resources to cosmetic and personal care brands evaluating packaging materials.

You may access and read the content on this website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or sourcing Agropak's products. You may not:

• Copy, republish, or reproduce substantial portions of the website's content without written permission from Agropak
• Use the website or its content to misrepresent Agropak's products, test results, or claims to third parties
• Attempt to access any part of the website infrastructure, server, or backend systems beyond normal browser use
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on this website

Agropak reserves the right to restrict access to the website or any part of it at any time without notice.

Evaluation samples

Agropak offers evaluation samples of its 50ml bio-composite cosmetic jars to brands and individuals conducting genuine product evaluation. The following terms apply to all sample requests:

Samples are not free. All evaluation samples are subject to a sample charge and shipping charge. The specific amounts are communicated at the time of processing the request. By submitting a sample request, you acknowledge that charges will apply.

Purpose. Evaluation samples are supplied for the purpose of product assessment — to allow your team to evaluate the material, dimensions, weight, surface, and formulation compatibility of the jar before any commercial decision. They are not supplied for resale, display at trade events, or distribution to third parties without Agropak's written consent.

No commercial commitment. Requesting or receiving an evaluation sample does not create any obligation on either party to enter into a commercial agreement. Agropak makes no guarantee of pricing, lead time, or availability for commercial orders at the time of sample dispatch.

Formulation compatibility. Agropak has conducted an internal formulation compatibility study across multiple cosmetic application categories. Results from that study are available on request. However, compatibility data from Agropak's internal study does not substitute for your own formulation-specific evaluation. You are responsible for conducting the testing necessary to confirm suitability for your specific product, formulation, and fill conditions before committing to commercial use.

No warranty on samples. Evaluation samples are supplied as-is for assessment purposes. Agropak does not warrant that a sample will be suitable for your specific application. Suitability determination is the responsibility of the requesting party.

Technical data and test references

Technical claims on this website — including compression strength, bio-based carbon content, drop test results, and formulation compatibility — are referenced to specific independent test reports:

• CIPET, Bengaluru — May 2026 (May 2026): Compression strength (15,492 N axial load) and drop test (passed 0.8m concrete drop test), conducted at the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology, Bengaluru.
• TÜV SÜD, Frankfurt — May 2026: Bio-based carbon content (93% by ASTM D6866 radiocarbon methodology), verified by TÜV SÜD, Frankfurt.

These figures represent results from specific test conditions on specific sample batches as of the test dates noted. Agropak does not represent that identical results will be obtained from every production batch. Normal manufacturing variation is within tolerance ranges specified in Agropak's technical data sheet, available on request.

Where a test or certification is described as "assessment in progress" or "in progress", this means the assessment has been initiated but no final report or certificate has been issued as of the effective date of these terms. Agropak does not claim certification status for assessments that are ongoing.

Test reports are referenced by report number and are not reproduced in full on this website. You may request copies of referenced reports by emailing [email protected].

Intellectual property

Website content. All text, graphics, layout, and other content on this website is owned by or licensed to Agropak Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission, except for the limited purpose of evaluating Agropak's products for potential procurement.

Brand and name. "Agropak" is the trading name of Agropak Private Limited. The Agropak logo, wordmark, and associated brand assets are proprietary. Use of the Agropak name or logo in any context other than factual reference to Agropak's products requires written permission.

Product formulation and process. The bio-composite material formulation and compression molding process used to manufacture Agropak's jars are the subject of a filed patent application. No license to use, reproduce, or commercialise this formulation or process is granted by access to this website or by receipt of an evaluation sample.

Test data. The test reports referenced on this website (CIPET, Bengaluru — May 2026, TÜV SÜD, Frankfurt — May 2026) are Agropak's property. You may reference these reports and their results in your internal evaluation documentation. You may not reproduce them in sales materials, public claims, or regulatory submissions without Agropak's written consent and without accurately attributing the source, test standard, and date.

Communications and inquiries

Information submitted through the contact form, sample request form, or any gated download form on this website is used by Agropak solely to respond to your inquiry. Submission of a form does not constitute an offer or acceptance of any commercial terms.

Any pricing, lead time, or commercial terms discussed via email or phone following an inquiry are non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Agropak Private Limited.

Agropak's total liability for any direct loss arising in connection with this website shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for an evaluation sample in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, the use of this website, or any transaction entered into with Agropak through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
